Online Orders

Shipping is free on all orders of $85 or more (before taxes and after applying a promo code) in the provinces of Quebec and Ontario. Terms and conditions apply. For more details, see our shipping policy.
La Boite à Grains offers shipping of its products throughout Canada, but not outside of Canada. For more details, see our shipping policy.
We don't use any plastic in our order packaging! Our packaging is 100% recyclable♻️ and/or biodegradable. To protect your products, we use either unbleached recycled paper/cardboard or biodegradable, antistatic, organic starch-based packing peanuts🌱.

La Boite à Grains offers several delivery options that may be available to you depending on your shipping address:

No. Currently, La Boite à Grains does not offer delivery for products with a short shelf life or that require refrigeration.
La Boite à Grains does not currently offer in-store pickup.
To pay for online orders, we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and Diners Club credit cards, as well as Interac cards through the Shop Pay platform. You can also make your purchase using PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. You do not need a PayPal account to use the PayPal payment option.
La Boite à Grains reserves the right to cancel any order if fraud is suspected. Legal action may be taken.

La Boite à Grains lets you select and add a free sample to your order. Different types of samples are available based on your order total: under $85, $85 to $99.99, $100 to $124.99, and $125 or more. When the option appears during your online shopping experience, simply select the sample you want and add it to your cart. Please note that this offer is available while supplies last. Please note that you cannot add a sample if you are purchasing only a La Boite à Grains gift card.

La Boite à Grains currently has four locations, all in the city of Gatineau, in the Outaouais region. For more information, please visit our "Find a Store" page.

Here are the regular business hours for our locations:

Monday through Friday: 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Saturday through Sunday: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Yes, La Boite à Grains offers two types of gift cards, which you can use either in-store or online. For more details, please ask our store associates or email us at boutique@laboiteigrains.com
Thanks to several partnerships with local organizations, the four La Boite à Grains stores offer recycling programs for used equipment. You can drop off your used batteries and laser and inkjet printer cartridges in collection bins provided in partnership with the Mira Foundation. At our Gréber and Plateau locations, you’ll find an ElectroBac, which offers you a simple and responsible way to dispose of your obsolete electronic devices. Please send us as much information as possible about your products and your company via email to info@laboiteigrains.com. If you are able to provide us with an up-to-date price list and details about your product distribution, this information will assist our purchasing department in its analysis.
